How Does a Cone Crusher Work?
As the eccentric shaft rotates, the materials are continuously squeezed and compressed between the moving and fixed steel. This process gradually reduces the size of the materials until they pass through the discharge port. The final size is adjustable and determined by the gap between the two crushing steels at the lowest point. Hydraulic cone crushers come with a hydraulic setting adjustment system, offering more advantages than a regular spring cone crusher.
