Our wire plant is well-equipped with cutting-edge equipment and an experienced workforce. We manufacture steel wires with diameters ranging from 7 mm to 2 mm, specializing in both high and low-carbon steel. To increase their strength and endurance, our wires go through extensive heat treatment and galvanizing procedures. Our 50 metric tonne per day production capacity allows us to meet large orders while upholding the highest standards.

Galvanised Wire Mesh

Our manufacturing unit develops high-quality galvanized wire mesh by using advanced manufacturing techniques. In addition to conventional wire mesh, we manufacture knitted wire mesh. This hexagonal double-twisted wire mesh structure is very beneficial in applications that require increased strength and adaptability.

GI Bundle

Our GI Bundle contains soft-drawn galvanized wires, which are crucial in many construction projects due to their strength and versatility. These wires go through a rigorous passivation process that guarantees their durability and corrosion resistance, allowing them to be used for extended periods in harsh situations.

Induction Furnaces: Cutting-edge Inductotherm induction furnaces
1000 KW Dual-Track Furnace: 
Equipped with two 2000 kg crucibles to provide excellent control over large batch melting. 
175 KW Single-Track Furnace:
Equipped with two 300 kg crucibles for smaller batches and different metal types.
Bottom Pouring Ladles:
Capacities of 2000 kg and 1500 kg, two units each to improve the quality of the castings by reducing air entrapment and turbulence during pouring.
Lip Pouring Ladles:
Versatile in use, appropriate for both big and small molds, ensuring precise and controlled pouring. Multiple capacities to suit different batch sizes and casting requirements:

Melting Process

Induction Furnaces
Medium-frequency operation and precise melting of big batches are guaranteed by induction furnaces, which come in 1000 KW dual-track and 175 KW single-track variants. This ensures efficient material integrity and consistency.
Temperature Control
Guarantee the removal of contaminants and preserve a constant, homogenous molten state.
Material Integrity
Maintaining the molten metal pure by eliminating impurities and guaranteeing constant chemical characteristics.

Pouring Process

Pouring Ladles
The bottom pouring ladles have capacities of 2000 kg and 1500 kg, which improve casting quality, whilst the lip pouring ladles have variable capacities to accommodate different batch sizes and casting needs.
Mold Preparation
A molding machine is used to prepare flawless molds, preventing defects and assuring dimensional accuracy. Pattern making is an important phase in the casting process since it includes constructing a replica of the final product that will be used to shape the mold cavity.
Pouring Techniques
Conventional techniques for casting metal that minimize air entrapment, improve quality, and reduce turbulence include vacuum pouring, top pouring, and bottom pouring.
Flow Dynamics
Understanding how molten metal behaves as it fills the mold, resulting in complete and uniform filling without disturbance or air entrapment.
Solidification Control
