  • Automatic beam and girder welding line: We can precisely weld and straighten large-scale constructions using our state-of-the-art automated beam and girder welding line, capable of handling girders as tall as 2.5 meters.
  • Controlled torquing: Our fabricated structures are torqued appropriately within 5% of the torque value, assuring secure joints and connections for strength and stability under challenging conditions.

I-Girders

Jalpa Devi Engineering produces high-grade I-girders, which are essential to building bridges. These girders are made to support large weights and offer crucial stability and support. Using modern fabrication procedures, we ensure that our I-girders fulfill specific requirements and provide excellent stability, making them appropriate for a variety of infrastructure applications.

Open Web Bridge Girders

Modular Pontoon

Jalpa Devi Engineering specializes in the design, modeling, and fabrication of heavy-duty manufactured structures that satisfy RT and UT specifications. These structures are necessary for steel superstructures for bridges, material handling, and transit via waterways. Our product line includes launching girders for bridge construction, dumb modular pontoons, deck anchorages, and girders and beams for bridge superstructures.

10 MT Bogie Hearth Furnace Gas Fired with Water Quenching:

Heat Treatment Processes Offered by Jalpa Devi

Annealing: We treat metals like copper, aluminum, silver, steel, and brass. Our furnaces handle large volumes, of heating, holding, and cooling metals to soften and improve ductility.

Normalizing: We raise the metal’s temperature above its critical point and cool it in the air to refine its grain structure and reduce internal stresses. Suitable for our 10 MT Bogie Hearth Furnace or 9 MT Bell Furnace.

Hardening by Forced Air Cooling: We heat metals above their critical temperature and quickly cool them with forced air for increased hardness. Our furnaces ensure precise control and efficient cooling.

Water Quenching: Our 10 MT Bogie Hearth Furnace and 1 MT Chamber Furnace provide rapid cooling to enhance material hardness. Metals become extremely hard when quenched in water.

Tempering: After hardening, we temper metals to reduce brittleness and increase toughness using our 9 MT Bell Furnace, capable of handling various materials with precise temperature control.
